Automatic multi‑cavity injection molding machines operate continuously on the production line. The one‑step molding process delivers well‑proportioned cutlery with smooth edges. Regular on‑line inspections are implemented during production and sorting to minimize defective products and meet strict overseas quality requirements for large‑volume container‑load orders.
After packaging, finished goods are directly loaded into shipping containers at our warehouse. We cooperate with major carriers such as EVERGREEN for direct sea freight, reducing transit links and shortening lead‑time for on‑time delivery.
