Our company has recently completed the installation and commissioning of the fully‑automatic thermoforming machine manufactured by KIEFEL, Germany. The new line has officially started trial production, marking a dual upgrade in production capacity and manufacturing technology for our disposable take‑away container series, and further enriching our food‑packaging product lineup.

It completes the whole production cycle automatically: sheet feeding, heating, vacuum forming, cutting and stacking. It significantly improves surface flatness and wall‑thickness consistency of finished containers, with better structural strength and leak‑proof performance that fully meet strict quality requirements of high‑end overseas markets.
Supported by self‑developed custom moulds, the production line can produce multi‑compartment hinged lunch boxes, round food bowls and other items. Precision‑engineered moulds ensure consistent dimensions, tight‑fitting lids and reliable performance for food takeaway, fresh‑food packaging and prepared‑food storage, capable of fulfilling large‑volume custom orders for European and American buyers.
Previously, our core offering was injection‑molded cutlery. With the new thermoforming line, we are now able to supply a complete set of food‑service packaging, including both cutlery and disposable containers. One‑stop sourcing helps overseas purchasers reduce communication costs from dealing with multiple suppliers.
Moving forward, we will continuously optimize thermoforming processes and develop more container moulds. Leveraging our stable raw‑material supply chain and full‑container sea‑shipping arrangements, we will serve more international supermarkets, restaurant chains and importers to further expand our global market share.
