A brand‑new automatic thermoforming line for portion‑cup manufacturing has been delivered to our new factory and is currently under installation and commissioning, laying solid groundwork for upcoming mass production.
Housed in our spacious, purpose‑built workshop, this fully‑automated production unit runs a continuous workflow including sheet feeding, heating, forming and trimming. It is engineered to produce high‑quality disposable portion cups for sauces, dips, jams and sample servings. Finished cups feature transparent appearance, even wall thickness and reliable sealing performance, fully meeting large‑volume order requirements from overseas markets.
Our technical team is fine‑tuning machine parameters, mould precision and product yield to ensure long‑term operational stability. Following cutlery and take‑away food containers, portion cups become another key product in our food‑service packaging portfolio.
Once officially put into operation, the new line will further complete our full product range of disposable packaging supplies. We will be capable of supplying cutlery, food containers and portion cups as a one‑stop sourcing solution for global buyers, and strengthen our overall competitiveness in the international food‑packaging industry.
